2018

In 2018, a lightbulb went off— why wait for a waiter to bring the menu when ordering could be instant and effortless? That idea sparked the birth of FeedMe in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our mission? “No Restaurants Are Difficult to Run. No Foods Are Difficult to Find.” We set out to make running a restaurant as easy as enjoying a meal.

Mid-2018, we launched the first version of the FeedMe Smart POS System, visiting our merchant’s restaurant in person to oversee openings and fix issues on-site. These experiences gave us valuable insights into how restaurants run, from the kitchen to the dining area, and across departments like marketing, purchasing, operation and finance.

2019

By the end of 2018, we had launched FeedMe Smart POS Version 2, reached 300 merchants, and introduced the FeedMe App. By August 2019, 5000 users had already registered on the FeedMe App, and 600 restaurants empowered.

2020

Then came 2020, a year of massive change. With the pandemic restricting dine-in options, FeedMe helped merchants adapt to the new normal through its QR code ordering, delivery integration, and FeedMe App, enabling restaurant owners to keep their businesses alive.

During this tough year, we think we need to do something to help community by using technology and our professional. In just one week, FeedMe also rolled out 'White Flag' on the FeedMe App, provide a platform for seekers of help to raise their voices and receive assistance, bringing the community together.

2021

In 2021, we kept growing. FeedMe was named Best Performing Software Company in Malaysia 2020, and we reached 1,000 merchants and 50,000 registered users. We also acquisition Keruyun (Malaysia) in September 2021.

FeedMe team has expanded from 10 to 30 members, bringing along our core values and attracting more passionate individuals to join us. This growth has made us stronger and more capable than ever.

2023

By 2023, we continued to focus on providing comprehensive and advanced solutions for all types of restaurant owners. FeedMe team kept expanding, with a dedicated segment focusing on AI development, which led to the creation of the FeedMe Ecosystem powered by AI-REMY. This system automates critical processes such as menu creation, upselling, and inventory management, simplifying operations for restaurant owners and reducing manual workloads.

2024

By 2024, FeedMe secured seed funding from the BAce Capital from Ant Group to scale our product development and continue pushing the boundaries of AI innovation. This milestone was highlighted during keynotes, marking the dawn of a new era for the FeedMe Ecosystem powered by AI-REMY.
